"The fair, which runs at Coex in the affluent Gangam district till Saturday, had crowded halls on its preview day as international curators, collectors and art lovers landed in South Korea's capital for the event and city-wide Seoul Art Week.
Singapore-based galleries also had early sales. Yeo Workshop sold a print by Singaporean Artist Priyageetha Dia to a new South Korean buyer, and STPI - Creative Workshop & Gallery sold works by South Korean artist Yoo Hyun-mi to both new and return buyers.
This is artist Dia's first outing at an international art fair, where she is presenting a solo booth of of works tacking the history of extractivism in South-east Asian plantations in the Focus Asia section for emerging artists and galleries."
