For MMCA Seoul’s physical exhibition for Watch and Chill 3.0: Streaming Suspense, the architects FHHH Friends (Han Seungjae, Han Yangkyu, Yoon Hanjin) created a sequence of spaces that heightens suspense through the delay of information. They use architectural apparatuses such as scaffolding, hallways, and doors commonly encountered in the city to accentuate uncanniness. “Doubt blossoms in scenes out of context. Where, then, is this really? Is this real? Am I in a three-dimensional model?”
